I’m not entirely sure about the mirror chrome though. Don’t think those ever came factory like that?

yeah, I’d personally prefer the non-chrome style - but those are beautiful cars and that color is super nice.  Interesting it looks kinda small next to that CUV...

Very rare color if stock.  Not in love with the wheels though, seem kind of anachronistic.

They’re look better if just aluminum or anything but mirror. The shape is fantastic.

Those are Aero II Monoblocks, which I think debuted a couple years after the 500E. They don’t look bad at all, I suspect just technically not correct for the year of the car. I think Aero I Monoblocks would suit it better:

And I definitely agree about the chrome, doesn’t suit the car.

My Merc mechanic gave me one for a loaner once and at least from my experience it drank a lot of gas! I wasn’t taking it easy of course....
